The Challenge: Two trees is a developer in NYC known for some of the most breathtaking buildings in our skyline today like Mercedes House, Domino Park and 300 Ashland. At the time they approached Quip Studio, all real estate advertisement were the same: spoke the same dry lingo and appeared in the same dry .com places. We were challenged to think outside the NYC apartment (shoe)box.
The Generation Z(ero) attention span-Solution:
LIVING THE DREAM
We tapped influencers like fashion-star Tavi Gevinson, chef Seamus Mullen, and singer/songwriter Abir, to live in one of Two Tree’s buildings for a year. These high-profile names were required to create ongoing content— creating a “living brochure” for Two Trees. We captured the content and created a platform called Apartment Stories to showcase it.
The Change: An ongoing, content-rich approach that truly disrupted old-school real estate strategies.
